I got into photography in college when I took a course in Architectural Photography and a course in Photojournalism. I shot on film for many years. I got away from it when film faded as the digital cameras then available at a reasonable price were too low in quality for serious work. As with so many things tech, the price has dropped and the quality has risen so that digital photography rivals film at a comparable price.
